THE PROJECT:

This is one of the most interesting projects in the surrounding region. The project consists of two detached duplexes on a block of land in a residential neighbourhood. Each duplex will be distinctive in terms of colour, exterior and interior finishes, as well as other premium characteristics. Natural light is among the most important aspects of this high-end project.

THE BRIEF:

The objective is to deliver something different and one-of-a-kind to the Blakehurst neighbourhood. Each duplex is unique in terms of its shape, along with its external and internal colour combinations.
