The Illawong Residence was our first project of its kind – ”architecture made affordable”. Our team worked tirelessly to create the best construction for money could buy without the hefty price tag. The client allowed MWC Constructions complete creative freedom, which led to the curation of a 50-ton gabion stone wall.

All custom imported double and triple glazed windows, shutters on every opening, suspended slab, pool, customised kitchen with integrated appliances, and much more can be found in this single level five-bedroom home.

The battleaxe block that serves as the property’s entrance was built at the risk of creating a flame zone. Our team was able to mitigate this risk by utilising sand and rock throughout the construction, as well as by constructing a pool beneath a suspended concrete deck structure.
