THE PROJECT:

A single story house in the suburb of Loftus. This structure was constructed as part of a subdivision plan. Our aim was to build this house towards the back of the property with the intention of subdividing the land thereafter. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a double garage, and a very generous backyard.

THE BRIEF:

Following a thorough briefing phase with the customer, our goal was to construct a completely functional family home with a spacious double garage and lots of storage space for the entire family. The outside of the house had a conventional style, while the interior featured high ceilings and an open plan kitchen and living space, which gave the house a sense of volume.

THE CHALLENGE:

Despite various time constraints, our team was successful in completing the project on time and within budget. As is always the case, keeping the project within budget is crucial, and this was accomplished.
